Only Me…

This is to give some of you an insight into my being, if at the end you would like to share with me any comments you might have, it would be a pleasure to hear from you.

I would like to start off with saying that I do believe that my nature is of a gentle woman of strength and an everlasting spiritual student of philosophy. I enjoy the beautiful and simple things in life such as, my wonderful husband, children, grandchildren as well as being of resonable good health and our home.

I do try to avoid being materialistic but sometimes in today’s society it can be quite difficult with so many things available to us, the general public! If there is anything that I would greatly miss if it was no longer available – it would have to be the luxury of indoor plumbing. I do feel that I could do without the use of the television or phone and if it came to it, my car; I would either ride a bicycle as long as my health would permit and or take the available public transport. Fortunately, the choice does not have to be made at this moment and may never need to be. 

Nature is something that gives me great enjoyment. I love the sounds, the smells as well as the atmosphere of vibrations that humm around me. I love to connect with trees and have in the past climbed a fair few to the present leaned on and hugged many more on plenty of occasions as well as chatted to the wildlife. No I’m not crazy…

I am and do enjoy being a worker amongst the family of light though I’ve not personally met any others so far I have connected with a handful via Internet.

As a person of compassion I felt the need to heal others some how besides being a listener so I’ve received the attunements from a Reiki Master/Teacher for level I & II and for now I am content to be at this level but I working towards progressing to the level of Reiki teacher. As a Reiki II healer I have found that the giving of treatments to others is most enjoyable and not physically draining as such. To me Reiki works very nicely combined with my spritual side of life so I feel I should perhaps answer a question for some now. “No, it is not necessary for a person to be either religious or spiritual to receive attunemnents and channel the healing energy of Reiki the only thing needed is the want and the receiving of attunement by a Reiki Teacher level practioner.
